Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information that is collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, submit a flight plan, build a jet card, or otherwise contact us through a form, by email, or by phone, you may provide:

• Your name and contact details — email address and phone number.
• Trip details — departure and destination airports, dates, passenger count, aircraft preferences, and any special requests (catering, pets, ground transportation, accessibility needs).
• Any other information you choose to include in a message or conversation with us.

You do not need to create an account to use the Site, and we do not ask you to enter payment card numbers, passwords, or government identification through the Site. Payment and booking details are handled separately and securely once you engage our charter services.

Messages you send us on Facebook or Instagram

If you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive that conversation through Meta's messaging APIs so we can reply. In that context we may receive and store:

• Your public profile name and the account identifier Meta assigns for the conversation;
• The content of the messages you send us and our replies; and
• Any trip or contact details you choose to share in the conversation — route, dates, times, passenger count, aircraft preference, name, email, and phone.

We use an automated assistant to answer these messages promptly and to gather the details needed to prepare a quote. Replies are generated with the help of an AI service (Anthropic) that processes the conversation text solely to draft our response; it is not used to train models on your data. Conversations are held for up to 30 days so we can keep context on an ongoing inquiry, and a completed quote request is emailed to our sales team and retained with our other charter inquiries. Some conversations are handled by a member of our team rather than the assistant. We do not sell these messages, use them for advertising, or share them with anyone outside the providers described in this policy. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time using the contact details below.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site and the third-party services it uses may automatically receive limited technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view — to deliver the page, keep it secure, and help it function. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate, configured with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode so that analytics cookies are only set after you accept them (see "Cookies and tracking" below). We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a charter or jet card quote;
• Arrange, coordinate, and operate the flights and services you request;
• Communicate with you about your trip, your quote, or your questions;
• Comply with aviation, safety, and legal obligations applicable to a Part 135 operator; and
• Improve our services and the Site.

We use your contact information to reply to you about what you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only requested a quote unless they ask to hear from us.

Third-party services on this Site

To provide features like the flight planner map, fonts, and quote forms, the Site loads resources from the third-party services listed below. When your browser loads these resources, those providers may receive technical information (such as your IP address) and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We share information with these providers only as needed to make the corresponding feature work.

Cookies and tracking

We use a limited set of cookies. Essential cookies and storage are needed for the Site and its functional embeds (such as the map and forms) to operate. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you accept them.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a privacy-preserving "consent mode" that does not store analytics cookies on your device; if you accept, standard Google Analytics cookies are enabled to measure site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

You can change your mind at any time: clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser will make the consent banner appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently. You can also control or block cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how parts of the Site function. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — the third-party services above, and trusted vendors who help us operate (for example, aircraft operators and crew who fulfill your trip), who may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Safety and legal compliance — to satisfy FAA, TSA/CBP (for international travel), or other legal, regulatory, or safety requirements, or to respond to lawful requests.
• Protection of rights — where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of our passengers, our company, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

TSA Secure Flight notice

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and sex for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. § 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, and 49 C.F.R. parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available.

Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and sex may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.

Data retention & security

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax, and aviation recordkeeping obligations, after which we dispose of it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction or deletion, or to opt out of any communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR — including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
